- "Snail Mail Option": Mail a printed check along THIS FORM, instead of signing up online & pay 2% less! Online prices are 2% higher in order to help defray the cost of online transactions. (Credit card processing fees cost us over 3%.) With Snail Mail Option, full payment is required if signing up after June 1st.
